Welcome to The Wheler Foundation

The Wheler Foundation is a registered charity who owns both the Ledston Estate in West Yorkshire, and the Otterden Estate in Kent.

The Charity prides itself on the preservation of historic buildings and landscapes, and educating adults and children on all aspects of the countryside, achieved through school visits and educational days held on both of the Foundation’s Estates.

The Wheler Foundation has recently undertaken a major restoration project at Ledston Hall, more information on the ‘Recent Projects’ page.
